1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between fd999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the fd999 platform at fd999.im and any related sub-domains or affiliated services.

By completing the account registration process, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

fd999 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players located in Bangladesh. All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. The ৳ symbol denotes Bangladeshi Taka.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register an account and use the fd999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. fd999 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. Registration by or on behalf of a minor constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, recreational purposes and not on behalf of any commercial entity.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with fd999 or any exclusion register maintained by fd999.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of fd999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an fd999 account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

fd999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the fd999 platform. Registering duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and mobile phone number. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify fd999 promptly of any changes.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms. fd999 reserves the right to void any bets placed, reverse any withdrawals processed, and close any account found to have been registered using false information.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

fd999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time at fd999's reasonable discretion, you may be required to provide the following documentation:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot or statement confirming your name and mobile number for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay accounts)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. fd999 is not liable for any delays arising from a player's failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fd999 account login credentials, including your username and password. fd999 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

All activity conducted through your account using your login credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. fd999 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

You must notify fd999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. fd999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the affected account pending investigation.

fd999 strongly recommends that players use a strong, unique password for their fd999 account and enable any two-factor authentication options made available by the platform. Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5 Deposits

fd999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at fd999's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform at the time of deposit. These limits may be subject to change.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. fd999 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts and may require additional verification before crediting deposited funds to your account balance.

Deposited funds are credited to your fd999 account balance upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider. fd999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems or network conditions.

fd999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees, for which fd999 accepts no responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be made by verified players for any portion of their available real-money account balance, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. fd999 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be processed via an alternative method where the original deposit method is unavailable.

Withdrawals are processed within an average of under five minutes for fully verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Card withdrawals via Visa or Mastercard may take one to five business days depending on the issuing bank's processing timeline.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• fd999 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of standard security and fraud prevention procedures.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation where fd999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

fd999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside fd999's control and are the player's responsibility.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

fd999 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.
• Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the validity period specified for each offer. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses expire automatically at the end of their validity period.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. When a player holds both a bonus balance and a real-money balance, real-money funds are wagered first unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, live dealer games, slots, and sports betting markets available on fd999 are operated subject to the specific game rules published for each title or market. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in live poker, live dealer, or peer-to-peer game formats
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through fd999
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in any manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of crime or money laundering
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fd999 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation

10 Responsible Gaming

14 Termination & Account Closure

fd999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months

Where an account is closed by fd999 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud or misconduct.

15 Amendments to These Terms

fd999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
